Coaching Programs


 
Performance Media® offers programs that include coaching. Currently, we have 3 coaching programs: the 30-Day Stress Resilience Program, the Time Power® Coaching Program, and the Executive Resilience Program. Coaching Programs allow for dialogue and discussion with a specialist in the topic.

30-Day Stress Resilience Program

A 30-Day Plan to Transform the Way You Deal with Stress
Performance Media® provides a 30-Day Stress Resilience Program. The Resilience Training Program consists of an online assessment of stress factors, the creation of an individualized action plan to build stress resilience, weekly monitoring of action steps that make up the plan, individual coaching sessions, and access to brief online audio recordings that provide instruction and exercises on stress resilience.

What Is Stress Resilience?
Stress resilience is the ability to deal with challenging and stressful situations successfully. The greater your stress resilience is, the greater your ability to handle change, pressure, and stressful events. With stress resilience, individuals make positive behavioral changes by adopting healthy strategies for dealing with change and stress. A stress resilient person is re-vitalized, high performing, and productive.

Following An Action Plan
The 30-Day Stress Resilience Program engages participants in a process of using positive strategies to respond to stress. Each participant receives a customized action plan based on the stressors that they experience. By applying the action plan, participants learn to apply positive methods in response to stress, which develops their stress resilience. The program includes individual meetings and weekly submissions by participants of their plan of action steps.

Participants learn to select effective ways of reacting to stress. Solutions to stress are developed by modeling those who are stress resilient. This process of modeling involves learning to develop the characteristics of stress hardy individuals

Stress Buster Audio Recordings.
The Program includes audio recordings which consist of instruction on stress management and on developing stress resilience. These short units of training or instruction range from about 8 minutes to 12 minutes in length. They can be thought of as readily-available stress breaks. The just-in-time audio minis on stress reduction topics are short bursts of training in an MP3 format that can be used on cell phones, iPods, and PCs. Audio recordings will be made available to program participants.

Peak Performance Coaching Program

Top achievers in business and in sports follow a set of mental processes that allow them to produce excellent results consistently. One of the most effective strategies for accelerating successes and achieving goals involves finding individuals who are excellent at what they do and discovering the mental processes that they use to produce excellent results.

Peak performance strategies are the mental methods that top performers use. Peak Performance Training involves teaching others to use the mental methods and strategies that high achievers use. These mental skills are the Peak Performance Skills.

Four Peak Performance Skills
This program on Peak Performance teaches participants how to develop four core Peak Performance Skills: Visualization, Relaxation, Building Resilience, and Goal Setting.

Executive Resilience Coaching Program

Resilience describes individuals who are highly effective and successful in environments that are rapidly changing and full of challenges. For the greatest success, managers and future leaders need the qualities and skills associated with resilience in order to reach and sustain their highest performance levels. The Executive Resilience Program consists of stress management training, individual coaching sessions, and audio recordings that provide instruction and exercises on stress resilience.

Effective Stress Management. The first component of the overall program consists of training based on the Performance Media core program, Effective Stress Management (ESM). This training emphasizes creating behavioral lifestyle changes.
This Program consists of an online assessment of stress factors, the creation of an individualized action plan to build stress resilience, weekly monitoring of action steps that make up the plan, and individual coaching sessions. Also, there is access to brief online audio recordings that provide instruction and exercises on stress resilience.
